An unplanned day on Sifnos due to storm. We had hoped to get to Milos on Tuesday ahead of the storm because Julie had a flight booked on Wed morning back to Athens. But our captain was not comfortable with that plan. So Julie had to quickly pack and get ready while I went and got her a ferry ticket for fast boat to Milos.
We went back and retrieved our rental car and saw more of Sifnos. It turned out to be a very windy day with all the bays and docks full. Not a day for charters to be sailing.
Lunch at the fishing village of Heronissos where we met the couple from Belgium from the night before.
Bill and I had drinks in the afternoon at The Old Captains Bar where we chatted with the American woman who owns the bar with her Greek husband.
